Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Place the automation components, remote controls, and mounting hardware back into their original protective packaging to prevent transit damage.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for real-time updates.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the electronic components, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
